Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Salesperson at StrategicSynergy, Inc. The Salesperson will identify potential clients, build and maintain strong business relationships, and effectively communicate SSI’s solutions to meet client needs.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting presentations, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building customer rapport
  • Proficient in Negotiation, Presentation, and Persuasive Selling Techniques
  • Familiarity with IT-based operations, system integration, or consulting services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
