Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter as applicable).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including captions, images, short videos, and stories.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to maintain community engagement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate, follower growth) and provide regular reports.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features (especially in the Philippines).
  • Collaborate with video editors, multimedia artists, and content producers to align social content with campaigns.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or personal project with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and their best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Strong copywriting skills in English (ability to write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs).
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar for short-form content.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts or campaigns.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience running paid social ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social platforms.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or community management.
  • Basic photography or smartphone shooting skills.
  • Has grown a social media account from scratch (portfolio or case study).
  • Familiar with Filipino social media trends, memes, and audience behavior.
