THE HIRD CORP. is looking for Experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist in Cebu City
Work from Office only ( Mabolo, Near Sarossa hotel )
Roles And Responsibility:
- Source and Pre-screen call centers agent applicants via social media, job boards, referals etc
- Manage facebook page and source applicants via facebook groups, comments and direct messaging.
- Prescreen the applicants and ensure their eligibilty for interview
- Cold call old leads and convert them to applicants
- Ensure atleast 5-10 daily show ups for the interview process
- Ensure at least 1 selection everyday from the invited applicants
