JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with previous experience in logistics specifically in warehouse management
- With good leadership skills
- Must be computer literate
- With above average communication skills
- With basic skills in preventive maintenance and driving
- Result oriented, good interpersonal relations, flexible, committed, hard working, innovative, persistent, positive outlook and team player
- Willing to be assigned in Ingore Lapaz
- Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
- Ensures on time and accurate recording of stock movements on a daily basis.
- Ensures at least 95% struck availability and 95% on time delivery to customers.
- Timely dispatch based on SAP Dos (Delivery Orders).
- Monitors Incoming and Outgoing deliveries and encode details to the OTIF report
- Receives inbound stocks with covering documents from deliveries and timely recording of verified stocks to SAP.
- Validates requirement documents for picking, actual outbound stocks and timely processing of delivery documents (DR)
- Review inventory movement report to verify all physical movement of stocks are recorded and reconciled with the system.
- Plan warehouse operations based on warehouse capacity, planned production and incoming deliveries on regular basis.
- Oversee receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance operations to ensure production requirements are met.
- Implement standards of health and safety, hygiene and security for warehouse
- Monitor warehouse protocol compliance align with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Review operational activities to ensure adherence to company goals and objectives
- Check effectiveness of implemented programs, new equipment and processes and operational reports to provide immediate and long term solutions.
- Practice Corporate Values, SOPs, GMPs
- Report any food safety related issues to identified personnel under the food safety team
