Maintaining a clean, safe working environment, observing proper hygiene protocols
Receive, check and account for the ingredients delivered from the stockroom.
Ensure that the machine, tools, and equipment are free from dirt before usingReceive, check and account for the ingredients delivered from the stockroom.
Prepare all bread and pastries based on the company’s production form.
Feeding the raw materials to the mixing machine
Following the production guidelines and specifications of the company
Roll, cut, and shape dough according to the standard sizes before placing it in pans, molds, or on sheets for proofing.
Prepare and make other pastries including toasted, and banana cupcakes, etc.
Prepare special order cakes based on customers’ preferences
Strictly adhere to food preparation guidelines
Clean and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixing machine, dough roller, dough cutter, proofer, etc.
Put away all baking equipment in the washing area after duty including cookie sheet pan, pastries and bread pan molder, knife, etc.
Attend the daily huddles and monthly meetings
Report any issue to the Floor leader
Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma/ALS Graduate/College level are welcome to applyPrevious experience working in a food industry is a plus
Hardworking and trustworthy
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn
Available for shifting schedule
Can work with less Supervision
Flexible
Able to lift heavy finish products
Willing to work in a hot environment
Patient, adaptable and flexible
Can communicate clearly and concisely
