Zigzag is looking for an Online 4x4, Tyre and Accessory Sales Representative to join our team!

About the role

The Online 4x4 Sales Representative position services all of our client's online Brands including Brixton 4x4, TyreBay and Elite Drive Australia. The position plays a vital role in driving online sales and enhancing customer experience.

This is a full-time position. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of 4x4 accessories, tyres, and wheels and unwavering honest and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Facilitation:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, providing expert knowledge on 4x4 and aftermarket products.
  • Maintain a professional, positive approach when guiding customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Use terminology and language that keeps customer interactions focused on our brands, maintaining confidence in the brand (e.g., "We can ship this directly from the Brisbane warehouse").
  • Build relationships keeping a professional but friendly manner with customers so they want to buy from our brands

Quote and Order Management:

  • Prepare precise and detailed quotes that cater to customer needs, incorporating competitive pricing and profitable alternatives when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders using Cin7 Core and Shopify, coordinating freight bookings, packaging, and dispatch to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Protect supplier relationships by avoiding blame when handling customer issues and drop-shipping complications. Use appropriate language that preserves partnerships (e.g., “It appears there was an issue with dispatch…”).

Post-Sales Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Efficiently manage customer returns, warranties, and concerns, collaborating with suppliers to achieve timely, satisfactory resolutions.
  • Implement a proactive approach to problem-solving (e.g., tyre wear, runout issues, suspension linkages) with a “Genuine Parts or Better” mindset, emphasizing thorough diagnostics and solutions.

Inventory and Supplier Coordination:

  • Liaise effectively with suppliers for stock ordering or drop-shipping arrangements, ensuring seamless availability and recording of transactions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of order numbers, delivery dockets, and invoices.

Digital Marketing and Product Management:

  • Assist in managing product listings on Shopify, ensuring descriptions, SEO optimization, and inventory accuracy.
  • Support social media initiatives by posting content that showcases products, promotions, and customer success stories. Respond promptly to comments and manage online engagement to align with company goals.

Customer Communication and CRM Accuracy:

  • Ensure customer interactions are recorded in the CRM system with 100% accuracy, including full names, contact details, and comprehensive notes.
  • Follow up on customer quotes and maintain active communication until sales are concluded or customers indicate they do not wish to proceed.

Operational Support and Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the service, tyre, and accessory departments to facilitate smooth workshop operations and job readiness.
  • Participate in inventory stock control and stocktake activities as needed, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales and Business Development:

  • Promptly respond to leads, take deposits, and follow up until sales are secured.
  • Maintain transparency in quotes and offer competitive solutions.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient task execution.

Customer Communication and Updates:

  • Provide timely updates to customers about order statuses and proactively handle delays or issues.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution.

Social Media and Online Engagement:

  • Support growth in social media engagement by responding to customer interactions and creating product specific groups.

Minimize Returns and Cancellations:

  • Verify order details and provide fitting assistance to reduce unnecessary returns.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • A proactive and positive approach to resolving challenges and meeting company standards.

NOTE :

  • Candidates must be amenable to being trained onsite
  • The office is located in Ortigas, and the working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Manila Time.
