Job Description:
- Drive online marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Manage social media platforms, online advertising campaigns, and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize the company's e-commerce platform and customer journey for seamless online purchasing experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to drive online visibility and engagement.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as branch sales, product management, and branch operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, such as return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
- Present marketing performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in F&B or retail industry.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial position, overseeing marketing strategies and teams.
- Has a digital marketing background.
- Preferred experience in digital/online marketing.
