Job Description

Job Purpose

The Business Development Officer identifies growth opportunities, develops client relationships, and supports revenue generation to achieve the company’s commercial objectives.

• Proactively research and identify prospective clients within the target market
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage potential clients
• Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to make sure new client projects are completed successfully
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Prepare proposals and sales reports

• Employment Type: Full time
• Regular Working Schedule: Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Additional Schedule: Last Saturday of each month, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, 13th Month Pay, Mandated leave benefits, Allowances, Commission and Incentives on top of base pay

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Having a valid driver’s license is a plus

• Demonstrate a profound understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
• Results driven, proactive and target oriented
• Exhibit a dedicated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Showcase excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Display exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills fostering quick rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Adaptability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
