JOB SUMMARY

The Sponsorship & Partnership Associate is responsible for securing sponsorship and partnership agreements, deals, or packages for the Company. This position is also responsible for the implementation of partnership and sponsorship contracts such as coordination of logistical requirements, marketing, and promotion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conceptualizes concept paper to sell partnership and sponsorship packages to corporate clients, tri-media partners and other intermediaries.
  • Create packages and prepare its cost breakdown and ROI.
  • Acquire and retain long term relationships with corporate clients, freelance agents, advertising agencies, and other market influencers to expand reach and effectiveness of partnership and sponsorship efforts.
  • Maintain contacts between the company and its partner clients; prepare contract agreement between the partner clients.
  • Acquire targeted partners to put ad placements utilizing the company's media ventures and used venues and other services with Newport World Resorts (NWR).
  • Review external sponsorship proposals, identify barter deals and monitor its sponsorship commitments.
  • Arrange logistics related to the planning, implementation and monitoring of sponsorship mileages provided to the target client.
  • Conduct research, collect market intelligence and explore target leads.
  • Facilitate presentation / briefing / updates for targeted clients.
  • Maintain contacts between the company and its partner clients.
  • Monitor the delivery of the client’s contracts.
  • Conduct sales calls and sell Sponsorship Packages to corporate clients, freelance agents and other intermediaries.
  • Conduct sales calls and sell possible ad placements/leases in the company's media ventures to corporate clients, freelance agents and other intermediaries
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College graduate, preferably Marketing, Advertising or any Business course.
  • At least two (2) years work experience preferably in Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and confident personality.
  • Strong selling skills.
  • Organized and has great attention to details.
  • Ability to build good working relationship and deal with different types of individual.
  • Ability to negotiate and build consensus.
  • Works and communicate effectively with a team.
