About the role
We are looking for a hands-on and organized Marketing Associate to join M.Q. Lightings Enterprises, Inc. in Makati City. This is a full-time, execution-focused role supporting marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations to help drive brand growth and sales.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to ensure smooth execution across teams
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital, retail, and event channels
- Organize and support events, workshops, and promotional activities, including on-site coordination
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Associate and Graphic Designer to ensure timely execution of content and materials
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, schools, and partner organizations for collaborations and events
- Support coordination with brand partners and suppliers for marketing activities and sponsorship requirements
- Track deliverables for campaigns and partnerships to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain communication with partners to support ongoing collaborations
- Conduct basic market and competitor research when needed
- Assist in tracking and updating marketing performance reports
This role focuses on coordination and execution of marketing activities, strategic planning and partnership management.
What we're looking for- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, partners, and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Willing to be hands-on in events and field work when required
