We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Plant Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely movement of raw materials and finished goods, and compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

The ideal candidate will also lead process improvements, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive operational excellence through performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and proper documentation to ensure timely replenishment and availability of materials.
Oversee logistics and transportation activities, including delivery scheduling, shipment coordination, and dispatch planning.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of warehouse materials in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and other departments to support operational requirements and delivery timelines.
Prepare warehouse and logistics reports, including inventory status, stock discrepancies, and delivery performance.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within warehouse and logistics operations.
Identify and Create SOP process within warehouse and logistics operation.
Identify, create and implement Performance Key indicator for both Warehouse & Logistics operation
Monitor warehouse & Logistics performance and align the improvement to the team to ensure target are meet.
Implement Good Warehouse Practices align to Food safety Quality Standard

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution.
Experience in developing SOPs, implementing KPIs, and driving continuous process improvements.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), Food Safety, and Quality Standards is an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to be assigned to the manufacturing plant.
