Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment against purchase orders or delivery documents.
Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations following proper storage procedures.
Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel while ensuring accurate documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system.
Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and report low, excess, damaged, or obsolete inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Prepare inventory, receiving, issuance, and stock movement reports as required.
Ensure all warehouse documents, including receiving reports, delivery receipts, and stock requisition forms, are complete and properly filed.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Transport, and other departments regarding inventory requirements and stock availability.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse and storage areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Assist during warehouse inspections, internal audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Support other warehouse operations and perform additional duties assigned by management.
