We’re Hiring: L1 Service Desk Analyst (Urgent Requirement!)

Work Location: Science Hub Tower or One World Tower, McKinley Hill, Taguig City (just a few blocks away from Venice Grand Canal Mall!)Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Setup: 100% onsite / office-based
Project Duration : 3 months to 6 months
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of software & hardware applications
- Familiarity with computer configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Willingness to be trained and grow in the role
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and aim for First Call Resolution
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow proper escalation procedures
- Keep users updated with ticket status and ensure proper closure
- Work with tools such as ServiceNow, AD, VPN, Five9, Avaya, MS Office, O365, Cerner, Krono
