We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable / O2C Analyst! ?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable / O2C Analyst to join our finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Location: BGC Taguig, Philippines

• Role: Accounts Receivable / O2C Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Record and post customer payments for local and export transactions
• Post trade, non-trade, and intercompany receipts.
• Clear customer advances and cash float accounts.
• Record customer claims and administrative charges
• Transfer trucking charges from AR to AP.
• Post debit and credit memos for adjustments.
• Clear cancelled sales invoices.
• Post and clear deferred accounts related to promo, penalty, returns, and unfulfilled deliveries.
• Perform RCM and unfulfilled clearing activities.
• Print and issue credit memos as required.
• Record official receipts and sales invoices for promo support.
• Follow up on DOPs and support sales invoice promo processing.
• Prepare weekly overdue scorecard inputs and aging data.
• Prepare basic AR operational reports.
• Support deferred accounts reports and unliquidated employee advances report.
• Perform invoice and document administration tasks.
• Support month-end AR closing activities.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or finance-related roles.
• Basic understanding of O2C and AR accounting.
• Understanding of receipts posting and invoice adjustments.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Good Excel and data handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Willingness to learn promo, returns, and distributor accounting processes
