Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible in overseeing the credit and collections processes, achieving key performance indicators, enforcing policies, and generating reports for stakeholder discussions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on past and upcoming debts through phone and email communications.
- Generate and send statements, invoices, and perform account reconciliations.
- Maintain and manage collection plans and schedules.
- Produce aged debtor reports and in-person summary reports for assigned shows.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams.
- Distribute collection plans to all relevant departments.
- Assist in cross-functional collaboration and provide additional reporting support as required.
- Follow established credit control procedures.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., VOTs) is completed and provided.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experience in Credit & Collections/ Accounts Receivable
- Preferably with customer service experience handling financial accounts
- Proficient in MS Excel (AutoSum, VLOOKUP, Pivot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
