Accounting Assistant/ Bookkeeping Encoder

• Monitors the daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, OPEX, collection receipts)
• Ensures the timely updating of the company ledgers
• Prepares the payroll and payment of mandatory contributions
• Assist in ensuring compliance with BIR requirements, including filing, monitoring tax deadlines, and documentation
• Encode, organize and file accurate financial documents and records
• Assists the accounts coordinator in managing the accounts payable and receivables.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: K12 graduate / College level / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience Level: at least 1-2 years in accounting/ bookkeeping & related field.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively – per month, quarter, semi-annually and annually
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Skills and competencies: Proficient in the use of emails, Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Sheets and Docs, and accurate in all data entries
