We are looking for a reliable, organized, and trainable Accounting Assistant to join our team for an office-based position.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Able to encode and maintain records in Google Drive or company files
• Handles and monitors:
• Purchase records
• Sales records
• Knowledgeable in online payment processing such as:
• BIR payments
• EGOV payments
• Or willing to learn the procedures
• Willing to learn and use the SAP System, especially:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Disbursement processing
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Honest, responsible, and with good work attitude
• Willing to be trained and eager to learn
