Job Description
Posted on 16 July 2026- Coordinates with Parts and Service Coordinator regarding the daily status of service schedule;
- Submits daily report to the Engineering & Service Manager regarding all pending jobs;
- Tabulates and evaluates all comments acquired through interviews;
- Helps in formulating programs for the improvement of the Engineering and Logistics Departments;
- Conducts regular customer satisfaction survey to ensure consistency of Engineering service and repairs and to indentify customer needs and concerns;
- Prepares service related reports needed by various clients;
- Coordinates clients’ feedback to the Engineering & Service Manager and Service Supervisors and come-up with appropriate action plans;
- Ensures proper handling of all complaints of customers;
- Helps in in identifying goals and sets standard to improve customer service;
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- With interpersonal skills, such as active listening, empathy, and resilience.
- Advanced/High level MS Excel and analytical skills
- With good communication skills
