Data Centre Executive
Monthly salary: USD 700
Overview- 8-hour shift per day
- 1 day off per week
- Starting salary of USD 700 per month
- Annual performance evaluation with salary increases opportunities
- Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation, plus a meal allowance of USD 10.50 per day
- Every 6 months of completed service entitles you to 14 days leave with round-trip air tickets to the Philippines provided by the company
- Minimum service commitment of three (3) years
- A 6-month probationary period is required; the employee will become eligible for the following medical benefits upon successful completion:
- Annual medical cash allowance of USD 300–320, and
- Reimbursement of medical expenses up to USD 300 per month, capped at USD 3,000 per year, for eligible medical-related expenses.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, or support roles
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle different personality types
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Willing and able to work overseas on a long-term basis
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools is an advantage
- At least College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with account-related or service-related concerns
- Be part of the admin support team handling chat and messaging platform communications
- Assist with basic finance-related coordination, such as guiding clients through payment processes, verifying information, and escalating financial concerns or reports to the appropriate team
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team by helping relay campaign information, promotions, and updates to clients
- Contact potential and existing clients to introduce services, follow up on inquiries, and maintain engagement
- Support various marketing and customer engagement campaigns, including promotional follow-ups, client reactivation, and information drives
- Understand customer needs, research issues thoroughly, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
- Accurately record all interactions in the company database and internal systems
- Work closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Follow company communication guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
