About the role
Probe CX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our growing organisation.
We are on the lookout for candidates who are:
- At least high school/senior high school graduate
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- No BPO experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
- Dayshift hours (Yes to sunlight!)
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
