Our Philippines Team:
We work in the financial technology sector and primarily assist supporting trading/investment companies with their operational needs. Our organization is separated into two primary divisions: operations and customer service. The Philippines team is an expansion of our current teams in Taiwan and Malaysia.This is because we are currently handling global accounts and hoping to expand our services to support a 24/7 coverage.

The Role:
Hytech is hiring a German-Speaking Customer Service Associate! Candidates should be at the Associate or Senior Associate level, fluent in German and English, and have customer service experience.
Skills and experience:
- Associate or Senior Associate level
- At least Goethe-Zertifikat B2 or TestDaF TDN 4 (C1 and above is an advantage)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak German
- Must be able to communicate in English as well
- Customer service-related experience required
