D365 Business Central Support Consultant (AU, IT Consulting, Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm PHT)
Role Purpose
The Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality application support, maintenance, and continuous improvement services for clients operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated solutions.The role focuses on resolving support cases, optimising system performance, and ensuring clients derive ongoing value from their ERP investment following go live.
What will you do?- Application Support & Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve support cases, diagnose issues, and meet agreed service levels.
- System Maintenance, Enhancements & UAT Support: Perform configuration updates, testing, support system improvements, and assist clients through UAT.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with stakeholders, provide updates, and advise on best practices.
- Continuous Improvement & Advisory: Identify recurring issues and recommend long term solutions.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base materials.
- Collaboration & Team Contribution: Work with consultants and developers and support project to support transitions.
- Timely resolution of support cases within agreed service levels
- High client satisfaction and retention
- Reduction in recurring issues
- Accurate documentation and reporting
- At least 3-years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
- Understanding of core modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills in client-facing environments
