About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our growing team at our SM Clark location in Pampanga, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in customer service, with no prior experience necessary.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of our clients, providing outstanding support and assistance to customers whilst maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. This role is pivotal in building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing and account information
  3. Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system
  5. Following company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently
  6. Meeting performance targets including call quality, handling time and customer satisfaction metrics
  7. Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
  8. Providing product and service information to customers
  9. Processing orders, requests and account updates as required
  10. Maintaining a professional and calm demeanour when handling difficult customer situations

  1. No prior call centre experience required – we welcome candidates from all backgrounds
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear and friendly English proficiency
  3. Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs
  4. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information
  7. Patience and resilience when dealing with challenging customer interactions
  8. Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends if required
  9. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  11. Proficiency with computer systems and basic typing skills
