Business Excellence Process Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Implement and manage business excellence initiatives across various departments. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and with quality, meeting predefined objectives and deadlines. Adapt and move in an agile manner when there is a necessary change in business requirements, flagging risks or issues quickly to nip them at the onset.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Work closely with teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and forward thinking.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and data analysis to identify root causes of issues and develop actionable solutions. Provide insights and realistic recommendations based on intelligent analysis.
• Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate open communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless execution of business excellence initiatives. Share best practices and encourage knowledge sharing within the organization. Must be influential, assertive, and deliberate across interactions.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of processes. Implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
• Change Implementation: Practice change management efforts by actively participating in the transition processes. Engage with stakeholders to ensure the successful and long-term adoption of new practices and systems.
• Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze data to inform decision-making processes and support continuous improvement and change efforts.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on business performance metrics and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or related roles.
