IT Asset Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory and lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Process IT asset requests, issuance, transfers, and asset accountability documentation.
• Maintain accurate asset records and update the IT Asset Management system (e.g., SAP).
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for procurement, deliveries, warranties, and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of IT equipment and supplies.
• Review and maintain procurement and billing documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and track asset movements, transfers, and disposals.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, procurement, billing, and asset utilization.
• Install, configure, and perform basic testing of newly deployed IT equipment.
• Perform other duties related to IT asset management as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Administration, IT Support, or a related role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or other IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
