Performance Marketing Specialist

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and execute data‑driven digital media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and online sales growth. This role leads end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution across search, social, email, display advertising, and Google Ads, focusing on performance optimization, conversion funnel improvement, market analysis, and ROI‑driven decision‑making through strong analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with overall business goals and vision
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, partnering with the graphics team to deliver high‑impact display ads
• Establish and strengthen online brand presence, increasing visibility, awareness, and customer engagement
• Plan and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, search engines, and display advertising
• Conduct market research, analyze performance trends, and identify new opportunities to improve campaign results
• Optimize campaign spend, targeting, and performance using actionable, data‑driven insights
• Identify critical conversion points, address drop‑off areas, and continuously optimize user funnels
• Generate innovative growth strategies through scalable and measurable digital marketing initiatives
• Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests, experiments, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Evaluate the end‑to‑end customer journey across channels and touchpoints using strong analytical frameworks
• Measure, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, tracking KPIs, ROI, and growth metrics
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, creatives, content teams, and web developers to deliver cohesive campaigns and optimized user experiences
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
• Drive online revenue growth and long‑term engagement through continuous digital optimization

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or closely related roles
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and performance‑driven digital campaigns
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools
• Hands‑on experience with web and marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to analyze conversion data, funnel performance, and campaign ROI
• Strong project management capability, managing multiple campaigns and timelines concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across creative, technical, and marketing teams
