Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a performance marketing specialist with strong expertise in Japanese and Taiwanese digital ecosystems. You will own paid media strategy and execution across our Japan and Taiwan markets and support ANZ and broader APAC working closely with our eCommerce, product, and creative teams to drive new customer acquisition and support renewal sales.This role is based in Manila, Philippines, and works closely with a cross-time zone team spanning Tokyo and Sydney.
You understand why a campaign that works on Yahoo! Japan needs a different approach for Taiwan's digital landscape, and you can brief a designer and a developer in the same week without missing a beat.
Paid media management- Plan, execute, and optimise paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns across Japan andTaiwan markets (Google Japan, Yahoo! Japan, LINE Ads, and Taiwan-specific platforms)
- Ensure all paid media traffic lands on the correct SEO-optimised pages within the online
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple platforms simultaneously
- Report on campaign performance weekly with clear insights and recommended actions
- Drive traffic and conversion for new subscription sales through search, display, and affiliate channels
- Collaborate with the organic search and affiliate lead on landing page alignment and
- Support PC OEM trial conversion campaigns in Japan and Taiwan markets
- Coordinate with the Renewal Sales team on digital touchpoints that complement physical
- Build and optimise paid retargeting flows for manual renewal audiences
- Work with the Manila-based design and development team to brief landing page
- Provide localisation guidance for ad copy, creative, and landing page content for Japan andTaiwan markets
- Partner with the program manager (Tokyo) to align campaign timelines with broader productand sales initiatives
- Support ANZ and broader APAC markets as needed alongside primary Japan and Taiwan
