About the Opportunity
We are currently hiring for three (3) remote positions under our Accounting & Finance team. These roles support different functions within financial operations, and candidates will be assessed based on their experience and alignment with each role.

1st Role: Bookkeeper (Full-Cycle Accounting)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and delivering reliable financial reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reconciliation- Manage accounting records using systems like QuickBooks Online or similar platforms
- Record, categorize, and reconcile all financial transactions
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation
- Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc.)
- Analyze and explain financial variances, trends, and discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Support reporting requirements for leadership and planning
- Track and categorize multiple revenue streams accurately
- Manage vendor payments and recurring expenses
- Maintain organized financial records for audit readiness
- Assist with payroll processing and contractor tracking
- Support year-end reporting and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed
- Licensed CPA (Required)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Experience with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
2nd Role: Tax Preparer (CPA Required)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Preparer responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns with accuracy and full compliance with federal and state regulations. This role requires strong technical tax knowledge and hands-on experience with Lacerte tax software.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Preparation & Filing- Prepare federal and state tax returns (1040, 1120/1120S, 1065, 1041 as applicable)
- Input and manage financial data using Lacerte tax software
- Review prior-year returns and supporting documents for accuracy
- Identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations
- Communicate with clients to gather documents and clarify information
- Respond to inquiries regarding tax filings and notices
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions
- Perform self-review of completed returns
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve discrepancies
- Stay updated with tax law and regulatory changes
- Maintain organized client files and documentation
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing
- Follow data security and confidentiality protocols
- Assist with estimated taxes and tax projections
- Identify potential tax issues and planning opportunities
- Active CPA license (Required)
- Proficiency in Lacerte tax software (Required)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workload
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
3rd Role: Collections Specialist (Accounts Receivable)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts, execute structured collection processes, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities
Collections & Delinquency Management- Manage assigned account portfolio and execute collection workflows
- Monitor overdue accounts and apply delinquency procedures
- Prepare lien documentation and process releases upon payment
- Prepare accounts for legal escalation when needed
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Work with legal representatives on escalated accounts
- Post and track incoming payments with proper documentation
- Set up and monitor payment plans
- Conduct regular account reviews and updates
- Respond to inquiries within 24 business hours
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation
- Update tracking systems and prepare reports
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow structured workflows
- Experience with financial or collections systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong accountability and follow-through
- Able to handle confidential financial information professionally
