Systems and Compliance Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Play a key role in elevating procurement operations by enhancing systems, strengthening compliance standards, and driving digital initiatives. This position ensures processes are streamlined, audit-ready, and aligned with the company’s long-term transformation goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead process improvements and reinforce procurement policies and controls.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
- Manage and optimize procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and workflows.
- Support system adoption, integration, and issue resolution to enhance data accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain evaluation scorecards with stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor accreditation and renewal, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, focusing on systems, compliance, or process improvement.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement platforms and vendor management.
- Strong skills in project coordination, Excel, and data analysis.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive operational improvements.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and with strong communication skills.
