Finance manager

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and dashboards.
3. Accounting and Compliance: Ensure accurate financial records, compliance with laws and regulations, and internal controls.
4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
5. Investment and Funding: Manage investments, funding, and cash flow.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
7. Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls.
8. Team Management: Supervise and develop finance staff.
9. Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
10. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information to management, investors, and external parties.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of finance experience, preferably in a management role.
3. Certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), Excel, and financial modeling tools.
5. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
8. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. International financial experience.
