Job Description
Posted on 17 April 2026- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for electrical systems (power, lighting, ELV, etc.)
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare and evaluate bids, quotations, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Review subcontractor claims and payments
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with focus on electrical works / MEPFS
- Experience in high-rise construction projects is required
- Strong knowledge in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project costing
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant QS tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Willing to be assigned in Gil Puyat, Pasay City
- Can start immediately
