Procurement Officer

Job description:

Key Responsibility:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with different departments regarding supply requirements
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of medical and non-medical supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain unit
• Conduct price comparisons and supplier negotiations to achieve cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare procurement is an advantage
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and documentation
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
