About the Role
We're looking for a CPA with strong general accounting experience to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax filing, budgeting, and accounting operations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a leadership position and are passionate about driving financial accuracy and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze monthly financial performance and account variances.
- Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, DOST, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits.
- Manage tax compliance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Monitor annual budgets and support financial planning activities.
- Supervise the accounting team and improve accounting systems and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 3 years of general accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
