The E-Commerce Junior Manager is responsible for driving the online sales performance of five FMCG brands across key e-commerce platforms, namely TikTok Shop, Lazada Philippines, and Shopee Philippines. This role ensures seamless online operations, supports brand growth, and executes digital merchandising strategies that align with marketing and commercial objectives.
The E-Commerce Junior Manager will be instrumental in implementing promotional campaigns, optimizing product visibility, analyzing performance data, and ensuring an excellent consumer shopping experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management & Sales Optimization- Manage day-to-day operations across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee stores for all 5 brands.
- Ensure all listings are optimized for SEO, accuracy, and conversion—including product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
- Implement and manage platform-specific sales tools, such as vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and brand activations in alignment with marketing calendars.
- Liaise with platform category managers to secure campaign participation and banner placements.
- Support seasonal sales (e.g., 6.6, 11.11, year-end) with compelling execution strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and ROAS across all platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing, providing timely updates to the marketing and commercial teams.
- Work closely with brand marketing, creatives, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies or content creators for TikTok Shop live selling, video content, or KOL seeding.
- Act as the main liaison between platform account managers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee store ratings, reviews, and customer inquiries to ensure a positive and consistent brand experience.
- Ensure timely responses to customer concerns and coordinate resolution with fulfillment and customer care teams.
- Maintain updated FAQ and store policies per platform guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Experience managing stores on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is required.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platform mechanics (ads, campaigns, algorithm, SEO, and platform tools).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and platform dashboards.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Experience with content or live selling for TikTok is a plus.
