Regional Trade Marketing Specialist (Cebu)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Management, or any related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in FMCG industry and preferably with proven Trade Marketing experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey programs across all levels of the organization.
• Creative and innovative.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team in developing an activation plan aligned with business & brand strategies.
• Identify trends & opportunities in assigned region and make recommendations to maximize opportunities and ensure that targets are met.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth within the trade channel.
• Coordinate closely with sales personnel to ensure a seamless execution of activities.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing programs.

License Needed:

• Driver's license- with local travel required at least 70% of the time
