What is your mission?
We are looking for a Customer Data Platform Integration Specialist who builds backend systems and supports customer data integrations. This role focuses on Java development, Spring Boot services, Bloomreach implementation, API integration, and data pipeline management.You will enable reliable data flows, support personalization platforms, and deliver scalable backend solutions.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Support implementation and configuration of Bloomreach Engagement, including customer data flows, event tracking, and platform setup
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build scalable systems supporting customer engagement and data integration workflows
- Implement customer and event data integrations, ensuring reliable and accurate data movement
- Develop and support REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Configure and manage data exports to external systems, including CRMs, data warehouses, and storage platforms
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including JSON, CSV, and API responses
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and system reliability across integrations
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align platform capabilities with requirements
- Support testing, debugging, and production issue resolution
- Maintain documentation for data flows, integrations, and system configurations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development roles
- Strong hands‑on experience in Java and Spring Boot development
- Experience building or supporting RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Exposure to customer data platforms, including Bloomreach, Exponea, or similar systems, considered an advantage
- Experience working with customer, transactional, or event-driven data systems
- Experience handling structured and unstructured data, including JSON, CSV, and relational or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of data pipelines, event tracking, and integration workflows
- Familiarity with modern development practices, including Git, Agile environments, testing, and debugging
- Exposure to cloud platforms or data storage systems, considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, integration-heavy environments
