Job Controller

About the role

As a Job Controller at Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors', you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality standards of our manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in our Mambaling, Cebu City, Cebu facility, where you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes adhere to the strict quality assurance and control protocols required in the automotive industry.

• Monitoring and inspecting production processes to identify and address quality issues
• Conducting regular audits and tests to verify product quality and compliance with industry standards
• Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Maintaining detailed records of quality control activities and findings
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Ensuring the company's quality management system is effectively implemented and maintained

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret quality metrics and identify trends
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with quality management systems and industry-specific regulations and standards
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or quality management
• Area of assignment will be in our Mambaling, Cebu South branch.
