We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance to oversee the operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of a 5-storey commercial building’s mechanical, electrical, electronics, and life-safety systems.
The ideal candidate must have an engineering background with at least 3 years of relevant experience in building or facility maintenance.
General Duties- Respond promptly to administrative maintenance concerns including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other building repair works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and building operational requirements.
- Supervise third-party contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in building, facilities, or commercial property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, electronics, and general building systems maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Knowledge in reading basic technical drawings and schematics is an advantage.
- Hardworking, dependable, and willing to work under minimal supervision.
