Collections Representative - Accounts Receivable

Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Hybrid)

What is your mission?

We are looking for an Collections Representative to oversee order flow, collections support, risk management, and opportunity identification for assigned customer accounts. This role serves as a key support to the Accounts Receivable team, acting as a primary contact for procedural guidance, assisting with credit reviews, customer escalations, performance reporting, and supporting training and coaching initiatives to ensure strong financial controls and customer service excellence.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage order flow, collections activity, risk management, and growth opportunities for assigned customers
• Assist Accounts Receivable Representatives with order pool coverage and coordinate workload distribution across the team
• Support Department Supervisors by identifying coaching opportunities and providing limited direct coaching to AR team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact for procedural questions from AR Representatives
• Assist with credit file maintenance and credit limit reviews, including identifying limit increase opportunities and potential exposure risks
• Support AR Representatives during challenging customer conversations, escalating to leadership when required
• Assist supervisors with compiling performance metrics and monthly reporting
• Support training initiatives and refresher programs for AR team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all policies, standards, and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs

• 2+ years of experience in Collections or Customer Service
• Experience in Accounts Receivable operations is preferred
• Hands‑on experience working with large ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
• Exposure to international shipping, import and trade documentation, banking documents, and D365 ERP workflows is an advantage
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and business growth opportunities
