About us
TrustClub is building the trust base layer for the Philippines — a network where every member is personally vouched for by people who stake their own money and reputation on them. On top of that foundation we run lending, and now jobs. Our lending arm has already proven the model, with default rates far below industry norms.We're backed by international investors and launching now in Cebu.
The opportunity
Employers pay us a service fee for access to trustworthy, pre-vetted people from our network — we are not a recruitment agency, and workers never pay a single peso. We focus on roles where trust is everything: construction, warehouses, retail, and home care.If you're hiring someone to guard your stockroom, handle your cash register, or care for the people who matter to you, you need someone vouched for. That's what we deliver.
What we need is you — someone with real connections to employers in these sectors who can turn those connections into placements. Our best partners will place 50+ workers and build serious recurring income.
What you'll do
Open doors with employers you already know — construction firms, warehouse operators, retail chains, care providers — and match them with vouched-for workers from our network. We handle vetting, trust guarantees, and paperwork. You bring the relationships.
Who we're looking for
Recruiters, manpower agency owners, HR professionals, or well-connected people in or near Consolacion and Metro Cebu who know who's hiring. You should have a track record of placing people (or the network to start immediately), and pride in your reputation — our whole model runs on trust.
What you get
This is a part-time independent contractor role — a monthly retainer of ₱10,000–₱15,000, and you keep your existing work. On top: a very generous commission on every successful placement. Commissions are capped, but the caps are high — success gets rewarded properly here.Full structure discussed at interview. We're taking on only three partners for this launch, and early partners get first claim on regional leadership as we scale.
