What you'll do- Deliver one-on-one English coaching sessions to Japanese clients
- Develop personalized lesson plans aligned to each learner's goals
- Track student progress and adjust your approach accordingly
- Create an encouraging, high-energy learning environment
- Participate in curriculum development and team initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Education or any field
- Clear, confident communicator — written and spoken English
- Flexible with shifting schedules (AM: 6AM–3PM or PM: 1PM–10PM)
- Willing to work on holidays and weekends (2 days off)
- IELTS/TEFL/TESOL certified is a strong advantage
- Basic Japanese (Nihongo) is a bonus — not required
