We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our e-commerce clients, providing timely updates on parcel statuses, handling delivery-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone, primarily related to e-commerce parcel deliveries.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates on parcel statuses.
  • Investigate delivery issues such as delays, lost parcels, or failed delivery attempts.
  • Coordinate with couriers, internal operations teams, and third-party logistics partners to resolve delivery concerns.
  • Contact end customers, when needed, to confirm delivery details or provide support for rescheduling.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions in the system.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or Logistics background.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using tracking systems, CRMs, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
