Channel Sales Head - Consumer Appliance (Aircon)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least of 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years of sales leadership role.
• Experience in the HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, building systems or related industries.
• Strong network within distributors, developers, contractors, consultants, and project accounts in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Drive business growth in distribution network in air conditioning segment.
• Identify new market opportunities, products, and customer segments.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for regional and account sales teams.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, developers, consultants, and key corporate accounts.
• Expand and strengthen the company's dealer and partner network nationwide.
• Drive strategic initiatives to increase brand presence and market penetration.
• Oversee sales budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue performance.
