EXACT POSITION FOR EMPLOYMENT: ERECTION SPECIALIST

Job Description:

Responsible for assembling and installing steel structures, often at heights, ensuring their proper alignment and stability
Reading and interpreting blueprints, operate equipment like cranes and lifts, and use tools to bolt and weld steel components together.
Assists in planning the sequence of steel erection tasks, ensuring efficient and safe execution.
Material handling, assembling and erecting steel structures.
Maintaining tools and equipment and adherence to strict safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and using appropriate fall protection.
Communicate progress and any problems they encounter to supervisors or project managers.
Reports directly to Chinese Site Managers

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Male; With or without High School Diploma is a minimum requirement
Prior experience in construction, particularly roles like erector, welding, carpentry or even as a laborer is acceptable
Knowledgeable in handling lifting equipment such as crane is recommendable
Can speak fluent Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills.
Can read and write Chinese characters.
Proven competency in reading, understanding, interpreting blue prints from China.
Strong physical stamina.
Well-equipped in working at heights with good sense of balance.
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
Willing to be assigned and stay inside the power plant premises in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
