EXACT POSITION FOR EMPLOYMENT: HIGH VOLTAGE PRESSURE WELDER

Job Description:

Main responsibilities include joining metal parts to create strong, leak-proof welds for high pressure applications, interpreting blue prints, and ensuring the integrity of welds under extreme pressure.
Responsible for the preparation of materials, setting up of welding equipment, and perform precise welds.
Handles maintenance and repairs of welding equipment, inspecting welds for quality, and following safety protocols.
Cooperating with other team members, such as engineers, inspectors, and other welders, to ensure projects are completed effectively.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with welding equipment or welds.
Preparing technical documentation related to welding operations.
Reports directly to Chinese Site Managers

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Male; With or Without High School Diploma is a minimum requirement
Prior work experiences as a high voltage welder in a Power Plant is a must.
Can speak fluent Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills.
Can read and write Chinese characters.
Proven competency in reading, understanding, interpreting blue prints from China.
The ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
Keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using tools, instruments, and equipment.
High physical strength, grip strength and dexterity
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
Willing to be assigned and stay inside the power plant premises in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
