Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, identify their skin or beauty needs, and recommend the right products to achieve daily sales targets.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations or skin consultations to educate customers on product benefits.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain clean, organized displays according to brand standards, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
- Brand Awareness: Stay updated on beauty trends, new product launches, and current promotions to confidently answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, cosmetics, or customer service is preferred (fresh graduates passionate about beauty are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confidence in approaching and talking to customers.
- Appearance: Pleasing personality and excellent personal grooming standards.
- Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting mall schedules.
