Prepare Korean contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Interpret and explain Korean Plan and Contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and Clients, representing owner or Developer.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

Participate at site meetings taking full and detailed notes for Korean Engineers and Staff.

Qualifications/Requirements

Posses excellent commnication skills in English and a second language Korean ( writing , speaking and reading Construction Plans).
Several years of experience working on construction sites, ideally in a supervising or managerial role, are crucial.
Willing to assign to other Site Projects if needed.
Strong project management skills are essential for planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects efficiently.
