Project Manager/ Vertical Lead

Job Description:

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within your assigned vertical, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Conduct regular project status meetings with team members to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and quality of project delivery
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, within budget and on schedule
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred
• Experience in a specific vertical, such as finance, technology, or healthcare, is a plus
• Willingness to travel, as needed, to client sites within the Philippines and potentially internationally.
