Motorized Marketing Coordinator - with incentives

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSILIBITIES:

1. Recommends sales and marketing activities and strategies to enhance sales and acceptable sale proposals to AMD Officer and AMD Head for endorsement to Executive Committee.
2. Assists the AMD Officer and AMD Head in ensuring that the department observes audit compliance requirements and other governmental laws and regulations.
3. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.

1. Promotes sales of ROPA through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Develop content for sales presentations or other materials to ensure immediate disposal.
2. Prepares and delivers timely and accurate sales report and other business/sales correspondence.
3. Conducts tripping with brokers, agents and buyers and develops relationships within the community, specifically with the real estate community; making sales calls to prospective customers.
4. Monitors and updates list of Real and other Properties Acquired (ROPA) for both available for sale and under redemption and submits updates and sales for presentation reports.
5. Ensures expansion of sales network within area of responsibility.
6. Negotiates with prospective buyers on the best possible sales deals for the property to ensure maximum and return of profitability for the Bank.
7. Conducts daily inspection of chattel units to maintain or improve the value of units.
8. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
