Monitor and maintain daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Prepare and update daily cash position reports.
- Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and fund allocation.
- Process and review payment transactions, including vendor invoices and payroll.
- Coordinate with banks for fund transfer.
- Prepare and maintain treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and funding reports.
- Performs month-end closing and accruals related to treasury activities and payroll accounts, including bank reconciliation and balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
- Performs semi-monthly payroll entries, including accruals of payroll cost, bonuses, PTO, and final pay of separated employees.
- Monthly review and reconciliation of gov’t remittances for loans and contributions.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual BIR Form 2316.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in treasury and payroll transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Additional duties as directed by the immediate manager.
